I am looking for inspiration in the form of a new movement sequence - or flow.
A flow is composed of 3 to 5 movements that fluidly move from one into the other.
Submissions should incorporate all five of the core Pilates principles listed below!
Centering – Focus on the core and move from a stable center.
Concentration – Bring full attention to each movement.
Control – Remember, every movement is specific, and all parts of the body are involved in each movement.
Precision – Work toward correct alignment and placement of the body for controlled movement.
Breath – Use a full and active breath coordinated with physical movements.

Creativity is strongly encouraged! Please feel free to work outside of the Pilates repertoire but make certain that you apply the principles above.
Submissions should be filmed and sent to this address by midnight on Tuesday, October 6th. The winner will be announced in Thursday's class on October 8th!
The winner will receive a "Pilates with Samantha" t-shirt (or a Zoom mat class, if you are not located within Toronto), as well as having her/his flow featured in classes to come!
