Body Organix is perfect for all bodies. We move slowly but deeply. We'll address and release tight shoulders, necks and hips.

The Classic (Intermediate)

This class is best for individuals familiar with the original matwork. We work our way through the entire mat! Get ready to feel the burn!

The AAA - Pop Up (Mixed Level)

This is an energizing interval- based group class designed to tone & strengthen. We impliment props accordingly to maximize upon our hard-earned efforts! (Bring your weights, booty bands, and balls. Ankle weights are a fun addition;)
