After years of competitive sports, my injuries mounted, some serious. Muscle and joint pain was a way of life and, at 6’4”, 230 lbs, there was a lot of hurt to go around.
Samantha began working with me as part of an integrated physiotherapy program. The goal was to develop and strenthen my body's core muscle and re-balance my musculature that, as I learned, had become profoundly out of wack. Samantha guided me through a series of Pilates exercises, and in the process, I began to feel relief from the pressure of a torn rotator cuff and reduced spasms associated with my lower back disc herniation. After working with Samantha for only six months I was enjoying mobility and flexibility the likes of which I had not seen in over twenty years.
