Group Classes


Samantha invests in knowing all of her students' strengths and weaknesses.  This results in a slightly different class every time as she modifies the class to the participants.  Her whole body approach equally incorporates strengthening and rehabilitation making her classes approachable to all fitness levels.        -   Jocelyn
